Two cups are used by simply placing the tablet into the bottom of the first cup. It has a raised pointed grid pattern inside on the bottom. A second cup has a raised pointed grid pattern on the outside of the bottom of the cup. Placing the second cup in the first cup and rotating cups in opposite direction will quickly grind the tablet into a uniform powder.
